I rate my books on a scale of one to five, five being the best.
* One Star Rating
A one star rating book was most likely not even finished. I would not recommend this book to a friend and I would consider this book to not be worth the time.
** Two Star Rating
I finished this book, but still would be hesitant to recommend it to my friends to read.
*** Three Star Rating
A three star book is just okay. I finished reading it, but I may have skimmed parts of it. It did not hold my interest entirely. Would I recommend it, maybe.
**** Four Star Rating
This is a great book. I enjoyed reading it and I would recommend my friends to read it as well. It kept me captivated and I loved the journey.
***** Five Star Rating
Now this book, this is a favorite book. It kept my attention and made me want more. It's a kind of book that keeps you up through the night even though there is hell to pay the next day. This is a kick ass book!
I will go to my Goodreads page and update my ratings to be consistent with this scale.
