Overall Impression (Spoiler Free):
I LOVE this book. Not just “oh hey it’s a great book”, I mean LOVE. There are times when a story just pulls you in and doesn’t let up. That’s this book. When I first read Crow’s Row in 2012 I was floored. I may not have slept…actually I doubt I did. Hockley has such a talent at pulling you in and feeling the characters. I felt like the characters in this book were my family. I laughed with them, I cried with them. This is without a doubt one of those books that you will be remembering for weeks after you finished it. That my friends is the sign that it’s an amazing book.

I’ve hounded Hockley for years to find out when the next book was going to come out and she always responded. How often can you email an author and actually get a response? I’ll tell you, it’s not often. Julie has though. I have so much respect for her being a mother of small children while giving us the gift of the stories in her head. I love Emily and Cameron and am forever thankful for such a talented writer. I wish Hockley nothing but the best and hope her story hits theatres one day. I would LOVE to see it come to life outside of my head.

So, my question to fellow Crow’s Row fans is this…who do you picture as Cameron? Please do tell!
